recruits the required manpower on behalf of the
client after careful, scrutiny of each candidature,
strictly adhering to client's specifications;
and deploys them upon instructions. |

| OPTION - II:
Recruitment through "Personal interview by
the client" |
| Ali Bin Habib
arranges to line-up potential candidates after
scrutiny of CVs, and the client or the client's
representatives could do the final selection as
per their needs. |

| OPTION - III:
Recruitment from pre-selected CVs |
| Ali Bin Habib
will forward to the client CVs of specifically
befitting candidates, after personal interview
of the candidates by the technical staff. In turn,
the client could choose the required personnel
from the CVs of pre-selected candidates send to
them. |

| OPTION - IV:
Recruitment of company nominated workers |
| Once the visas are provided
by the clients, we get in touch with the company
nominated workers, screen them , clear all their
formalities like medical, visa, immigratin, tkt
till departure.Plus providing the client with
the status report of the workers. |

Selection System |

As soon
as a requirement is notified to us, we call for applications
through a countrywide advertising campaign. |

As soon as the response is received
a team of experts go through the applications. The selected
candidates are then called for a personal interview
and only the top cream is presented to the client. |

For our valued clients we make
all the arrangements as and when they require to visit
India for selection and recruitment. |

Post recruitment, our executives
make frequent visits abroad, to maintain and service
our valued clients and their employees to ensure that
both the client and the employee are satisfied. In case
the client is unhappy with the performance or behaviour
of the employee, we shall replace him. |

We efficiently and promptly handle
all formalities relating to the endorsement of visas
from the respective embassies/ consulates and also obtaining
necessary permission from the Protector of Emigrants,
Ministry of Labour. |

We also handle all formalities
relating ticketing and departure assistance including
flight bookings, hotel reservations, etc |

We conduct thorough medical examination
to ensure that all health requirement of the government
is fulfilled. |
