Job Description

A detailed job description will help us to understand the client requirements and proceed in the right direction. Based on the Job Description we can advise the clients on the type of salary packages that need to be formulated. This gives us the idea as to where the interviews need to be conducted to recruit the right candidate.

After the selection of the candidates we require the following documents duly authenticated by the Embassy/Consulate General of India in the country of Employment for deployment of selected workers;
 
Demand Letter and Power of Attorney
 
These documents are mandatory by the Government of India Ministry of Labor. Without these documents we cannot proceed as we need to take permission from Protector of Immigrants in order to place advertisements and even to conduct interviews.
 
Visas/No Objection Certificates
 
These need to be issued by the concerned authorities in the country of employment.
 
Wakala (AUTHORISATION LETTER) for Saudi clients only
   
  Before the interview or immediately after interview we require the Wakala , (AUTHORISATION LETTER) – Addressed to The Embassy for Visa Stamping, so that we can start medicals and start using the visas from the Saudi Consulate.
